I order pizza for my team to celebrate their work during exam week at the end of the semester. They enjoy it. My only concerns were that it is difficult to predict arrival time and I ordered one with pineapple that arrived as pepperoni. The folks with lactose intolerance really appreciate the veggie version with no cheese.

Fries were good but not a lot of seasoning. One sub had lettuce which was not ordered and was not able to be eaten. I ordered last week and food was delicious, today I was disappointed.

Food was good but they don't carry fresh spinach or broccoli even though it's listed on the online menu and I paid extra for them. They called me to see what I would like instead which isn't what I wanted. The order came with a drink and the online menu doesn't let you select what drink you'd like and they didn't ask when they called. They brought regular Pepsi when we would have preferred diet. I ordered caesar dressing and got ranch, and I asked for no bread and bread was sent anyway. I didn't bother calling to complain because really, it was just a soda and dressing (I threw the bread away) and I have a policy of not sending food back. After continuous mistakes I just stop going to a place. Fortunately this was the first time Anthony's has messed up for me but then again it's only the second time I've gone there.

The delivery drivers are always friendly, the food is good, but there is a big problem or disconnect with orders, hence the "three" instead of a four or five rating I would like to give them. I have been ordering from them for years, and on about 4 or 5 occasions now, my order has been wrong. Either they forget to send the entrée and only give me French fries, or give me the entrée without French fries, or forget drinks, such as last night when I ordered three dinners and was given two dinner, a French fry and NO drinks. I do not know if the blame lies with the prep cook, the delivery person for not double checking the order or another person such as the manager, but this consist problem with cheating customers of food could cost business. I am not going to ask them to "fix it" obviously since I can not prove I did not receive the food after they have already left my door, but I do have the option to order from other businesses on the Beyond Menu list that charge more for their food but possibly give better service. That would be a shame.
